Tip of the day! Tips on starting a worm farm
Be careful about keeping it too wet. I made a worm farm a few weeks ago, and this morning I found a few worms on my kitchen floor. Yuck! I’m pretty sure I over-watered it!
Anyways, I used a set of plastic drawers, cut out a rectangle from the bottom with a box cutter, super glued/duct taped screen to the holes, and added some worms, shredded newspaper, coffee grounds, tea bags, and fruit/veggies. I got the worms from WalMart. Red wigglers.
I knew a man who fished a lot and grew his own worms in a casket
( don’t know where he got that, though). He bought a container of red wigglers from a bait shop to start. He used good, rich potting soil and added grass clippings, leaves, coffee grounds from time to time. He also had to make sure it stayed moist but not wet. You will not want them in your room. Outdoors in a shady area is best. The dirt has a dank, musty smell.

General About eight years ago I started my plumbing business. The first year was obviously the most difficult. As a plumber I was great, as a business owner I needed a lot of improvement in that first year.
Suddenly it was necessary to work longer hours. Not working more with plumbing work, but putting in all those necessary hours as bookkeeper, marketing agent, administrator, banker, bill collector, estimator and more, you get the picture.
I first began to learn about marketing and online advertising rates.
You should know that you do not have to learn all of this. I could have found someone to run a online advertising campaign for me. As a do it yourself type person I had decided to learn everything on my own. This had meant hours of after work hours, but I felt this was the way a business owner should do things.
I am happy to have gone in this direction and you should think twice about which way to go as well. After learning these skills I felt I could now easily pass off these tasks to another company. The first thing I did was look up online advertising agency in the yellow pages and online. I spent a great deal of time with the process and found there are many companies out there with many skills. The trick here is finding a company you can trust and work with and can fill your needs with your company. Some are better than others for certain industries.
